1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vision Med, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

We supply medical products, health supplies, and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities through tenders, quotations, and direct orders.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept M-Pesa payments. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Kenya. Delivery times vary by location. Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 2 PM.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vision Med is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
